The StarCraft 2 beta is once again up and going. This came yesterday along with a new patch. The beta now has:

• All Quick Match modes are now available: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and Free For All
• All A.I. difficulties are now available for play
• Cooperative matchmaking versus A.I. players is now available as a play mode.

Bioware is unveiling a sequel to Dragon Age. The new title will be featured on a special cover for the August issue of Game Informer. The issue will also feature E3 wrap up and "rank the 50 hottest games that were on the show floor".

Map pack 4 for both the console and PC version of BC2 is now out...

ARS has an article up on the upcoming Xbox 360 Arcade title Limbo. I have been interested in this game since I (not so long ago) heard about it. Well worth a look if you are a 360 owner or just like to see different artistic styles represented in games.

IGN has a feature up on the Nintendo 3DS. The article is boldly titled "Your Questions Answered" and manages to live up to its name pretty well. It includes info on the 'sweet spot' for viewing 3D as well as info on how games are rendered. Worth a read if you are looking forward to Nintendo's new device.

Cataclysm, the upcoming World of WarCraft expansion, will apparently feature some DirectX 11 graphic options. While they seem largely limited to fog and water effects, they are quite impressive for a gaming going on 6 years old.

SimHQ has a feature up on Gran Tourismo 5 physics. At least as far as the 'premium' cars go, it looks fantastic. The game is still slated for a November release.

Following Apple's magic mouse, Microsoft appears to be working on a multitouch mouse.

A new patch is live for WoW. In addition, the Ruby Sanctum has been unlocked on all realms that are up. Unfortunately, many US servers are still down due to extended maintenance.
