IT World has a look at the finally arriving Netflix PS3 app. The verdict? " the 'best device for streaming Netflix' crown now belongs to the PS3" though I have to disagree. The requirement to have the Netflix disc in is mentioned but somewhat glossed over. It is a pretty big deal to me. However the improved search functions will probably make this the case once the disc requirement is removed. Until then AG maintains that the 360 wears the crown.

Testing will begin tonight for those who have ordered the special edition of Natural Selection 2. While I won't be online there I am following this closely. I was a pretty big fan of the original Half-Life mod. Turning it into a full game certainly has potential. You can find out more about NS2 here.

I didn't see this anywhere else, so I thought I would post on it. The map editor for StarCraft 2 that has been present in the Windows beta for quite some time, has no found its way into the OS X version. The editor seems to be functionally the same as the Windows version. You will need to login to a Battle.net account (and use an authenticator if you have one) to use it.

MMO-Champion's side project, wowtal.com, now has the current World of WarCraft: Cataclysm beta talent builds up. The trees have changed substantially with the new talent system. Now the trees are much smaller. Many previous talents are now bonuses, built into the overall 'spec' you will choose at level 10.
