You can pick up World of Goo, Aquaria, Gish, Lugaru, and Penumbra Overture for whatever you are willing to pay. The games come DRM free and you can even select how you want your payment split between the developers and charity organizations.

While I cannot say I have played Aquaria, Gish, or Lugaru (will be getting them shortly! :)), I can vouch for both World of Goo and Penumbra. Great titles worth... well whatever you are willing to pay :)
