MMO-Champion's side project, wowtal.com, now has the current World of WarCraft: Cataclysm beta talent builds up. The trees have changed substantially with the new talent system. Now the trees are much smaller. Many previous talents are now bonuses, built into the overall 'spec' you will choose at level 10. Blizzard hopes this change will make selecting talents more exciting and help balance issues (as you are largely locked into the overall spec you choose).

Basically, at level 10 you now select what your overall specialization will be. From there you select talents in that tree as you level. Once you have 'unlocked' enough of that tree you will be able to select points in a different tree as a sort of sub-spec. How this all plays out should be interesting. The level cap of 50 on the WoWTal site is not a mistake, just an ugly hack to reflect the new number of talent points. The level cap will still be 85 in the expansion.
